Schedule: Tues. 8 AM – 7:00 PM, Wed. 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Thur. 8 AM – 7:00 PM, Fri. 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Morning and afternoon breaks and beverage service are included in registration. Breakfast and Lunch are on your own.



Paul Pennington, P. E. Pennington & Company, Senior Property Tax Consultant, practicing since 1979, The University of Northern Colorado. Served eight years on the TDLR Property Advisory Council. TAPTP Past President and current BOD member for TTARA.
James Harris, PLLC. Attorney and property tax consultant specializing in property tax appeals throughout Texas. James received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University, as well as a juris doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. James also serves as General Counsel to Citizens for Appraisal Reform.
